At Sleepy Marmot Designs, every bag is handcrafted with care, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, with details provided during checkout. We currently ship within the United States, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you’re local to Boulder, Colorado, we offer free delivery—just select this option at checkout, and we’ll coordinate the details. While we do not currently offer international shipping, we’re working to expand! If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sleepymarmotdesigns@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
